Clicks for a Cause 12 must see Fundraising Calendar features, portraits and amazing missions

 Trust us, this is no ordinary fundraising calendar. This calendar has the opportunity to impact thousands of lives. We read a blog article in 2012 that said "use what you know," so in 2012 when our family was trying to find a unique way to raise money for our Cystic Fibrosis Great Strides Walk Team in memory of my Sister-in-Law, April Lynn Hacker, we turned to my years of professional photography skills. April lost her life-long battle with Cystic Fibrosis in 2010 and was just days from her 25th birthday after having had 2 double lung transplants within a 3 month period. I was fortunate to have photographed her many times and was grateful that I was able to provide those invaluable memories to our family. We know first hand that when you lose someone the first thing you are thankful for are the memories and photographs. In a busy world, Clicks for a Cause services get people to donate to a cause near to their hearts and get a legacy portrait for their family. "After all the memories fade, we are only left with the photographs "~ unknown. We had our first Photo Party at a local church and raised $790 for the Heaven's Miracle CF Great Strides Walk Team. In 2013, I was unexpectedly laid off from my corporate photography job after 7 years and decided there was no better time to help others with my photography skills. We founded Clicks for a Cause ~ Fundraising through the Lens in April of 2013. 

What We Need & What You Get

We know that it "takes a village" to accomplish amazing things so we are asking for your help and support. As excited as we are about this project, we cannot do it without you! Only through your donations will this calendar help make a difference to so many organizations and the people they support. The 12 featured stories all help and support hundreds even thousands of people and you will be a vital part of that support. We came to realize that many non-profit organizations do not have funds to pay for professional photography and they struggle to get a talented professional photographer to donate their time. We will start our Clicks for a Cause Photography Fund and provide 10 deserving Non-Profits Event Photography and/or a Photo Booth in 2015 as well as give others the opportunity to benefit from our photography fund.
